• The Customer (your organization) is the data controller
• Movement Inspires AB is the data processor
• Data relating to children is processed in pseudonymized form
• We cannot identify individual children in the system
• Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing and developing the Service.

• Data relating to children is processed in pseudonymized form through a reference number.
• The reference number is generated automatically in the system.
• The user/customer is responsible for storing and managing the reference number, as well as for any linkage to an identifiable individual outside the system.
• Data cannot be linked to an identifiable child within the Service
• Two (2) years after the first registration, the reference number is anonymized.
  → the data can no longer be linked together or tracked over time
  → the data will thereafter no longer constitute personal data
• Data relating to users and examiners is not affected by this anonymization
• Data is stored on servers located in Sweden (EU/EEA).
